The tie dye in this one is black and white, with more of the black in prominence. The waistband on this one is nice. There is a big drawstring in the center of the waistband, but above and below that is nice skinny and soft stretch elastic (so it won't feel like it's killin' ya).
The godets are actually really big inset triangles of fabric. Now all the way around the piecing, there are big silver disk sequins. If you're a belly dancer or dancer in general you'll probably like this. Don't like the blingity bling? Easy peasy--since these are attached by hand with running stiches you can do some snips in front of the TV and remove 'em. It's not rocket science, though a nice touch for those who like them.

WAIST: 15" unstretched and stretches to 23" -- it'll stretch more but 23" s safe so you don't lose the "drape" of the fabric.
Hips: Free (Really so much fabric you can't measure)
I measured the circumference about 5 times. It's huge. Easily 300" around.
Length is 35" give or take 1/4"-- the lower you wear it (and because of the nice soft elastic and ties you can) the longer it'll be, of course.
Needs to be hand washed in coldy-cold water.
